When you’re a creative, small-business owner, there’s always something that needs written. Maybe it’s a side project you’ve been putting on the back burner far too long – like working on that novel you’ve been imagining; your next comic script; a new eBook; or putting together the copy for your game’s rule book. Or it could look like something a bit more businessy like creating messaging for a marketing campaign you’ve been playing with, or new website copy. No matter the thing, finding the time to lock in and focus is difficult.
That’s why we’ve developed this WIP Writing Retreat! Join us for a cozy, one-day, online writing retreat where we’ll spend the day making progress on our writing together.
Expect writing blocks with intentionally designed refreshing breaks sprinkled throughout. We’ll chat about tools & techniques, make time for reflections and insight, and take advantage of a couple of mind breaks. A sample schedule is shown to the right (or at the bottom of this page if you’re viewing on mobile).
Space is limited (24 spots). We’re an intentionally intimate group at Work in Progress. But every now and then, we open our doors, with events like these, to invite those interested in trying it out. It’s a great way to get a taste of what the WIP community is about. Join us!
