Becoming the Best Boss You've Ever Had!
A workshop for understanding how you work and how to find the tools & practices to best support you
with Kara Lindstrom, Chief Reframing Officer, consultant, and creator of Leadership Tarot
“I’m my own manager - oh no!”
One of the great struggles and opportunities in being an independent worker is managing your own workload. Practices and habits that may have served you well in a previous environment, may now feel clunky or insufficient.
By breaking down your work types, natural tendencies, and any existing practices and their limits, opportunities to re-balance how (and when) you approach the work to be done are revealed. That’s where the work that Kara Lindstrom has been doing comes in. She’s developed a tool to help you find the right type and amount of structure you need.
In this workshop, Kara is providing early access and taking you through her process. Over the hour, she’ll help you understand your tendencies and reframe your work so you can build a system that is tailored to you, instead of trying a whole new system.
In this one hour online workshop you will:
- Get an introduction to the variety of self-management tools and practices available.
- Follow a guided practice for reflecting on how you do your best work and where you need more support.
- Receive early-access to Kara’s Self-Management Reflection tool and a walkthrough of how it will best serve you.
- Get a complementary follow-up session with Kara for specific, personalized feedback.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with a process you can revisit throughout your career to hone in on the best approaches that’ll serve you in managing your workload. You’ll also receive a link to the recording and transcript of the workshop + an action-oriented summary of tool/techniques that were discussed.
*Workshop pricing goes up to $49 on 12/4/2023. $35 earlybird pricing ends 12/3/2023.
